The below pieces are works made by many individuals over a period of several weeks. One way to help a community grow and solidify is by creating moments where they can work together to create something tangible. Art Making is a wonderful vehicle for this journey. “I made this” is a powerful statement and the end result will be looked at and enjoyed for many years to come. I work in several environments. Being the artist in residence at Unicamp of Ontario gives me a unique opportunity to work with all ages and all types of family groupings with drop in students through out the day. This environment is positive for the and myself as the instructor. I also do workshops in public schools , at Neighbourhood Unitarian Universalist Congregation as well as in Art Works Art School and the Art Gallery of Ontario .
